Fit and safety
Tumble is for babies learning to sit, crawl, pull up and walk, worn over clothes and only while an adult is watching. Slide the straps on like a backpack, tighten until the cushion sits flat between the shoulder blades, then clip the chest strap. Take it off for sleep and naps, and in car seats, high chairs, strollers, swings and carriers. It cushions some falls onto flat floors; it cannot prevent injuries and is not a safety device or a substitute for supervision.

Spot clean small marks with a damp cloth. For more, hand wash cold with a mild detergent, squeeze gently (don't wring) and air dry flat. Don't tumble dry, iron or bleach. Check the straps and seams before each wear and stop using it if anything is damaged.

What age is Tumble for?
Babies who are learning to sit, crawl, pull up and walk: roughly from the first wobbly sits until they're steady on their feet. The straps adjust as they grow. You know your baby best; if it doesn't sit flat and comfortably, it's not the right time.
Does it prevent head injuries?
No, and we won't claim it does. Tumble cushions the back of the head and the upper back in some backwards falls onto flat floors. It is not a helmet, not a certified safety device, and no substitute for an adult within reach. Hard edges, stairs and furniture still need you.
Can my baby sleep in it?
No. Take Tumble off for every sleep and nap, and in car seats, high chairs, strollers, swings and carriers. Safe sleep is a bare, flat surface with nothing soft in it.
How do I put it on?
