Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

When your order ships

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in China.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive 4–9 days after they ship. Some take longer, especially at busy times of year. Delivery dates shown on our site are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. It can take a day or two for tracking to show movement.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and customs fees are prepaid, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Delays

If we can't ship your order within the time above, we'll email you with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. If your order hasn't arrived 45 days after it shipped, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you. See our refund policy for details.

Your address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't change the address once an order has shipped, and we're unable to refund or reship parcels that can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or that are refused or not collected.
