Where Dragon is right now
Order #1002 was placed on Monday 19 October. It is the very first Tumble we have sent to anyone, so we are watching it a little obsessively.
- Packing (1 to 3 business days). Our fulfilment partner packs it at their warehouse in China. We have asked for a box rather than a mailer, and a photo before it is sealed.
- The flight. Tracking often goes quiet for a few days over the Pacific and through customs. That is normal; nothing is wrong.
- California. A local carrier takes over for the last stretch to Santa Ana. Most parcels arrive 5 to 11 days after they ship.
Track order #1002 (it updates the moment tracking exists), or look it up any time on our Track your order page with the order number and your email. We will also email you the tracking link the moment it leaves the warehouse.
What is in the parcel
One Dragon Tumble: short-pile crystal-velvet plush over high-resilience PP cotton, about 14 by 7 inches and 8.5 oz. A plush ring sits behind the head and a thicker pad runs down the back. Two adjustable shoulder straps and a chest clip keep it flat between the shoulder blades, over any outfit.
Putting it on (about ten seconds)
- Over clothes. Slide the straps over Aizen's shoulders like a tiny backpack.
- Flat between the shoulder blades. Tighten until the cushion sits flat and the ring is behind his head.
- Clip the chest strap. Snug enough not to slide, loose enough to fit a finger under.
Then let him get on with it: sitting, crawling, pulling up on the sofa, the first wobbly steps. Flat indoor floors, you within reach.
One honest word
Tumble cushions some backwards topples onto flat floors. It is not a helmet or a safety device, and it never replaces a grown-up within reach. Take it off for sleep and naps, and in car seats, high chairs, strollers, swings and carriers. We would rather say that plainly than have anyone expect more of a cushion than it can do.
Care
Spot clean with a damp cloth. Hand wash cold and air dry flat when it needs more. Not a tumble dryer, despite the name.
If you feel like filming
Zero obligation, truly. If you do, here is what helps us and, we think, your followers:
- Show it the way you would actually use it: on the rug, you in frame or within reach, a real sit-and-topple if one happens.
- Say what it is in your own words: a cushion that softens some backwards falls. Please don't say it "protects" or "prevents" anything; we don't say that either.
- Honest reactions are welcome, including anything you would change. That goes straight into the next version.
Tag us on TikTok at @calibreaircare (we are renaming it @calibrenursery at the end of October) and we will share it. If there is anything that would make filming easier, from a second character to a few more for Aizen's friends, say the word.
What is coming next from us
Avant Nursery: a quiet cool-mist humidifier for the nursery with a free hygrometer, so you always know the room's number. It is in the works now. If you would like to try one before anyone else, you are first on the list.
